Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is open to residents of the UK Mainland only, aged 18 years or over except employees of AGA Consumer Products Ltd (AGA), its associated companies or subsidiaries, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
  2. To enter this competition, applicants must complete the competition application form in its entirety, including accepting these terms and conditions and submit the application form to us.
  3. The closing date for this competition is midnight, 17th November 2009.
  4. In order to qualify for the prize, your entry must be received by the closing date stated in the competition details. Incomplete entries or those not received by the above deadline will be disqualified.
  5. All entries must include your full name, address, daytime telephone number and valid e-mail addresses. Any entries containing invalid e-mail addresses will be disqualified from the competition.
  6. Only one entry per household. Multiple entries will be invalidated.
  7. Postal entries will not be accepted.
  8. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.
  9. The winning entrant will receive a new, limited production Duck Egg Blue 3-oven programmable AGA (RRP – Gas £8,340; 13-AMP £8,765). The prize includes standard assembly and installation to a suitably prepared location.
  10. Should the winner not wish to have their AGA in Duck Egg Blue then an alternative colour can be chosen from the standard AGA colour palette.
  11. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
  12. The winner will be selected at random from those entries received before the closing date. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  13. The draw will take place on 27th November and the winner will be notified by 4th December 2009. If we have not been able to make contact with the winner by Monday 4th January 2010 then another winner will be selected at random.
  14. The winner’s name may be published on the Love an AGA website after they have been notified.
  15. By submitting an entry to the competition, you give AGA:
    1. Permission for your entry to be published on any of the websites owned by AGA and grant AGA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish your competition entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the competition
    2. The right to use your name and town or city of residence for the purpose of identify You as a winner of the competition
  16. The winner may be asked to be photographed and take part in publicity.
  17. AGA reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable ground to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
  18. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision shall be final.
  19. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English Law.
  20. The winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending an SAE to AGA Competition Winners, AGA Consumer Products Ltd, Juno Drive, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV31 3RG
